When I first came to this clinic, my rating was 5 stars. Over time, however, the quality of service declined considerably. Dr. Christian is polite and technically competent, and that has always been the main reason I remained a patient. However, he is constantly in a rush. During my last visit, I waited 1 hour and 15 minutes to be seen after rearranging my schedule and traveling to the appointment. I also had unpleasant experiences with a curly-haired receptionist. On one occasion, she interfered with a treatment decision that had already been made by the dentist and returned with a completely different estimate. Her attitude was rude and dismissive. Unfortunately, this feeling is not limited to a single employee. During a previous visit, even Dr. Christian's assistant responded to me with apparent disdain and questioned what I was explaining. The feeling that patients are being done a favor, rather than receiving a service they are paying for, has become increasingly evident. For a long time, when recommending this clinic to others, I would say that Dr. Christian's technical skills and professionalism were worth considering despite the problems with customer service. Very good service super, kind people and cozy ambiance. All the rooms and stuff super clean. Organized environment, trained professionals, Dr.Christian has 23 years of experience in dental care, orthodontist and facial orthopedist by the Federal university of Alfenas Brazil, and Doctor in Dental Medicine by the sixth best University in United States in Buffalo NY, I highly recommend Happy Dental and Orthodontics.
